Each night before bed, please answer the following questions :
- What was the best part of your day (take time to thank God for this)?
- What have I done today to clear toxic, negative thoughts from my body and mind?
- Why should I continue on this challenge tomorrow?
After each day, I would like you to write down your most important insights you made on the day. This part of the day is going to be very important, don’t skip this. Also use this intel to write down new things God is revealing to you. Listen, the enemy has been studying your life inside and out, and it’s time we gather intel on him. We are going to craft a strategy of victory for the next few days so that you can teach this to your family members and friends, although you’ll increase your chances if you move on to the 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge and 90 Day Wellness Challenge.
