Break Your Fast
Break fast @12pm with 250ml water, 1 Tbs ACV ( apple cider vinegar) 1tsp honey, 1 Tbs Chia Seeds ( soaked overnight in a little water ). Chia seeds can be kept in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
1 Hour Later
Lymphbuster (at least 500ml) with 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk.
1 Hour Later
Bowl of fruit.
Liver Lunch Detox
1 cup spinach raw, tomato, grated carrots, cucumber, chickpeas, sprouts, half avocado with left over steamed veggies from the night before. BIG plate.
Daytime Mind Ritual
Go over your Toxic To-do List as outlined in your Daytime Mind Ritual.
Dinner with Family
1/2 cup spinach, 1/2 cup kale, half cup broccoli chopped up fine, half cup cabbage. With steamed veggies/avocado. Add sauerkraut this week.

Every Sunday, you will prep for the week ahead. So prepare your Lymphbuster, your daytime power snacks, and do your weekly reflection. Remember to go over your workout schedule as well and double check your grocery stocks for the week ahead. Stay focused, organised and motivated!
