This week’s evening ritual will consist of a physical ritual. Home hydrotherapy. For home hydrotherapy all you need to do is take a cold shower after gym for at least 15 seconds. It must be a cold shower. Start by making it lukewarm, then colder, and colder. But your 15 seconds starts the minute it’s super cold.
Write down in your Prayer Journal how you feel getting out of the shower. Although this might sound like torture rather than pleasure, cold showers are extremely effective at boosting circulation. Trust the process.
