This week we are going to focus on the body. Every night you will need to do these two exercises:
PLANKING: For 30 Seconds. Every night you will increase this by another 15 seconds. Planks help strengthen your core, arms, legs, tones your buttocks, builds abs and improves your mental focus.
Ask yourself and write in your Prayer Journal:
- Why should I continue my journey on this challenge?
- What was the best part of my day?
- What have I done today to clear my TOXIC list?
