PURPOSE

Allow yourself to be drawn away into deep serenity as you sit gazing at the beautiful mountain views, and listen to the soothing sound of nature. Each of the villas adds their own inherent calming effect to your experience as you immerse yourself completely throughout the course of the weekend. The intention of the retreat is not only to take these two days for self-care, but also to learn about ways to implement healthy habits into your daily life. We believe that everything in the body is connected; we simply cannot just heal one side of the body.

 

Feel free to go deeper into emotional, mental, and spiritual health whilst at the retreat and reap the benefits of becoming completely embodied. Having a clear schedule is important for the day to flow, yet if you need alone time, it’s okay to take a break away from the group activities in order to spend some well-deserved time with yourself.
